For the past five years, Holy Land Trust has been working with Tamera, an innovative, international peace center in Portugal that has helped many of our staff members become better advocates and leaders in our work in the West Bank.

Intensive, reflective, at times challenging but always enriching, our involvement in Tamera has brought us in contact with not only countless partners and advocates from all over the world, but also to a deeper understanding of how to become the peace we all seek.  Holy Land Trust is seeking financial donations to help two of our staff members spend an extended period of time this summer at Tamera to attend a conference entitled "Leadership in Peace Communities."  Nimala Kharoufeh and Eilda Zaghmout are seeking assistance with transportation, attendance fees, and basic costs associated with travelling to Tamera and participating in this event.
